Had a great xmas getaway at a villa in Gili Air! Loved the friendly staff and excellent service. The private pool was a highlight, always clean and luxurious. The large 4K TV with Netflix was a bonus. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and away from the bustling nightlife. The free bikes provided were super useful for exploring the island and neighboring Meno. a cozy and private villa experience with fantastic amenities.

There were some cleanliness issues during my stay. The kitchen utensils, bathtub, and swimming pool were a bit dirty.

The private villa was cleaned every day with turn down service in the early evening. The staff could not be more helpful. The breakfasts were good and there was a large 4K TV with Netflix in the room - great for unwinding after a long day of exploring the city!

The evening meal room service was not up to par. Our meals took forever to arrive and when they did, they were cold and bland.

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. The private pool was a nice addition, perfect for a romantic evening dip. The location was also convenient, close to the port and within walking distance to a great beach club for lunch.

The villa's garden was poorly maintained, with not many plants and just dirt. The kitchen was also not adequately equipped to prepare a proper meal.

There were quite a few bugs in our room, including flies, spiders, and mosquitoes. It would have been helpful to have a mosquito net to keep them at bay.
